The Maker’s Foundry was created to be more than a retail space - we are a curated creative engine and brand incubator located in the heart of Downtown Defiance. We are currently looking for local artisans who share our passion for sustainability, high-quality craftsmanship, and community connection.

Your products will be prominently showcased in a modular market layout designed to capture this active, engaged crowd of local buyers.
Active Brand Incubation & Scale
We view the Foundry as a literal brand foundry—a low-risk, highly supportive launchpad where you can test new products, gather direct local feedback, and refine your brand’s presentation. We look for creative ways to cross-promote your items—including integrating your unique raw materials or products directly into our workshop schedules and take home craft kits!

Our Collaborative Revenue Share
We believe that the financial success of our local makers should always come first. That’s why we operate on a highly collaborative, low-risk consignment model rather than charging high, flat-rate monthly booth fees regardless of whether you sell a single piece.
Our Model: The Maker's Foundry retains a 30% consignment margin on sold items.
Your Share: You keep 70% of your retail sales.
Our percentage directly funds the gorgeous downtown storefront rent, utilities, credit card processing fees, active marketing, and the daily retail floor staff, giving you maximum exposure with zero upfront financial risk.
